Guard (Armed and Unarmed)
Location: Afghanistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Somalia
Role Description
Ensuring the safety and security of client personnel, premises and assets through vigilance and surveillance. Reacting swiftly to security breaches. Demonstrating professionalism and discipline at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be fully familiar with the physical surroundings of the compound and all access controls
- Respond to security breaches, reacting swiftly in accordance with SOPs
- Pass on any direct or third-party observations, information or intelligence
- Ensure polite, professional and helpful relations with our Clients
- Always be alert and authoritative
- Maintain the highest standards of turnout, discipline and behaviour
- Maintain high levels of physical fitness
Qualifications and Experience Required
Armed Guards
- All recruitment is undertaken through our recruitment partners in India and Nepal
- Must be verified Gurkha personnel (ex-Indian Army), Nepal and India domiciled with verified exemplary military careers
- Age range 35 – 45 years
Unarmed Guards
- Previous security experience with an international organisation or agency
- Ability to read and understand English
- Physically fit
- Clean criminal record
- Age range 21 – 45 years
